Isochronic Tones  to various Alpha frequencies are used to assist both practitioner and client to achieve a glorious degree of relaxation. This is also ideal for self treatment of Reiki.   

Single Track - 60 min - Content as follows:

• Isochronic Tones/Monaural beats beginning in Beta and descending progressively to various Alpha frequencies before returning to Beta to finish;
• Mix of Tibetan bells, natural sounds and the Om sound at varying volumes throughout the recording;
• A clear and distinctive extended Bell sounds approx. every three minutes to facilitate 20 hand changing positions;
• No headphones are required for this recording, but can be used if preferred (for self treatment).
