This is the ideal recording  for beginners in brainwave entrainment. This listing is for i Isochronic Tones, but it’s also available with Binaural  Beats instead - please see my other listings.

The recording consists of 4 tracks of 15 minutes, each beginning and ending in the beta (normal waking consciousness).

All the tracks have Natural sounds and Ambient music etc., but there are periods within in each track where the tones are unaccompanied and therefore can be heard clearly.

Beta Track 1 – 15 min - Content as follows:

• Contains a gradual variation of frequencies between 13hz and 40Hz (includes 33Hz Pyramid frequency).

Alpha Track 2 – 15 min - Content as follows:

• Contains a gradual variation of frequencies between 13hz and 7.5Hz (includes 7.83 Earth/Shumann resonance).

Theta Track 3 – 15 min - Content as follows:

• Contains a gradual variation of frequencies between 13hz and 4Hz (includes 6.3Hz Astral projection frequency).

Delta Track 4 – 15 min - Content as follows:

• Contains a gradual variation of frequencies between 13hz and 0.5Hz.
