OM Comfort  Track 1 – 30 min - Content as follows:

• Binaural/Monaural Beats, beginning in Beta, progressing through Alpha into Theta, briefly touching Delta and back to Beta at the end. These are present for the full duration of the track;
• Solo flute at the beginning, followed by;
• Rhythmic section with flutes and rhythm;
• Altering ambient music with Tibetan bells;
• Pink noise at varying points;
• The OM sound and some natural sounds can also be heard in the background for the duration (after the flutes).

OM Alone  Track 2 – 30 min - Content as follows:

• Binaural Beats, beginning in Beta, progressing through Alpha into Theta and then back to Beta at the end;
• The OM sound;
• Tibetan Bells.

For the binaural beats to take effect, stereo headphones are required., although track one has monaural beats as well, which don’t require headphones.
